Age of Consent:

Goods may only be purchased by persons 18 years old and over. If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.

Certain products listed and sold on this website may contain nicotine. If you are allergic to nicotine, propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine or any combination of inhalants, if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, if you have a heart condition, diabetes, high blood pressure or asthma, you must consult your doctor before using any products containing nicotine listed for sale on this website.

Errors made on site: (Typo or Pricing)

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Amazing Vapes SA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Warranty:

Rebuilables/Tanks, RBA, RDA, RTA, RDTA and Mech Mods are for experts. The inexperienced vaper without basic knowledge of electronics cannot safely use these devices. These products carry NO warranty. Clearomizers, Atomizers and batteries carry NO warranty.

Electronic Mods and Electronic Devices carry a 90 Day defect/replacement warranty if used under normal conditions. Normal conditions include charging all batteries using an external battery charger and NOT through the USB port of the mod/device. Damage caused by charging through USB is NOT covered by warranty. If the mod/device contains a built-in battery (no external battery like an 18650) then only is it suited to charge battery through USB. Warranty is nullified if any physical damage is present on the device.

Any form of liquid/juice damage to a mod resulting in the mod not working or atomizer short problems voids warranty immediately. 

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product colour, finish and packaging may vary. 

Please note that we do not honour third party warranties (Product that was bought from someone who purchased with us) in this case, your warranty lies with the person who you bought the device from.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Amazing Vapes SA is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Our return policy is based on the manufactures warranty.

We will then arrange with you to return the device to us for testing. After testing a fault report is submitted to the manufacturers for further feedback. Devices are either repaired or replaced under warranty.

Please note as per the Consumer Protection Act the seller is allowed 2 weeks to check a faulty device and return. Please be patient with us while we check the device

Once a warranty replacement is approved we will notify you and arrange to have the device get back to you. 
Consumable products may not be returned due to health and safety regulations.

E-Liquid Return Policy:

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on E-liquid if it does not meet personal flavour expectations. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person. In accordance with our strict Quality Control guidelines, returned E-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so any open liquid will not be accepted.

Battery Safety Precaution:

 BATTERIES SHOULD BE STORED APPROPRIATELY.

Batteries need to be stored in silicone sleeves or protective cases. Batteries must never be unattended when charging. Mechanical mods can vent under the wrong conditions. Do not allow battery to drop below 3.5 volts. If any of these conditions are not met Amazing Vapes SA cannot be held liable for this. The Vape Industry and Amazing Vapes SA is not held liable to damages due to inappropriate use.

Use of site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Amazing Vapes SA employee, other licensed employee, host or representative is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise public through the site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or public rights, abusive illegal, or otherwise objectionable with may constitute or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party of which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit other so to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organisation  
  
INDEMNIFICATION 
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amazing Vapes SA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account 

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 to 48 hours  and delivery confirmed by way of courier services or local pickup depending on how you choose to have products delivered.

The Courier Guy is our courier company we use to deliver products in South Africa. Delivery fees are as follows:

• Free Shipping on orders over R1500
• All orders not paid for within 24 hours will be cancelled.
• All goods will only be shipped on receipt of money reflecting in bank
• No orders will be shipped on Public Holidays or Weekends.
• All orders paid will be shipped out within 24 to 48 hours .

Outlying Areas (2-3 Business Days) – Please contact us on  sales@amazingvapessa.co.za if you are unsure that your area is outlying before ordering as this will cause delay in your order: R100

A flat Rate of  R50 will be charged for all local cape town deliveries for upto 2 kg . We do not guarantee same day delivery. We will try our utmost to make sure your parcel is delivered as soon as possible .

You may track your order on The Courier Guy website.

Tracking Number will be provided via email once order has been shipped. Please allow a few hours for tracking number to update on their system.

An invoice number will be sent out by Amazing Vapes SA upon successful purchase. This number is not be confused with the courier service’s delivery tracking number. The courier service’s responsibility is to communicate tracking numbers and ensure timely delivery. It is vital that customers ensure their address is correct and as detailed as possible to avoid delays.
